I’m Meghan Warren, a dynamic education leader with a deep passion for data, strategy, and student success. For more than 18 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping public education systems run smarter, smoother, and more securely. I’ve always believed that when operations are strong, students and educators thrive, and that belief has shaped every role I’ve taken on.
Today, I serve as a Program Manager II in Administrative Services at NERIC, a division of Capital Region BOCES, where I lead high impact teams responsible for state testing, data privacy and security, data infrastructure, data analytics and state reporting. My work sits at the intersection of compliance, clarity, and operational excellence, and I take pride in helping districts navigate complex requirements with confidence and precision.
My career has taken me through pivotal leadership roles, including serving as a Chief Information Officer and a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager for urban school districts. In each position, I’ve championed data‑driven decision making and systemic improvements that strengthen school operations and support better outcomes for students.
While I spend plenty of time immersed in spreadsheets and strategy, I bring just as much energy to the gym. Teaching group fitness keeps me grounded, energized, and connected and it’s a reminder that leadership can be both rigorous and refreshing. I’ve always been equal parts analytical and enthusiastic, and I’ve learned that this blend is exactly what helps me inspire teams, build trust, and move work forward with purpose.
This is the story of how I’ve built a career centered on impact, integrity, and continuous improvement and why I remain committed to helping schools and communities thrive.
