Dr. Holly Robles, Ph.D., LPC‑S, is a nationally recognized school safety and behavioral health leader with more than three decades of experience supporting K–12 districts, military communities, and law enforcement agencies. She is the former lead Child Psychologist for Threat Assessment and Title IX for Fort Bend ISD, where she directed districtwide behavioral threat assessment operations, crisis response systems, and student safety protocols for one of the largest school districts in Texas.
Dr. Robles is an embedded behavioral health expert with extensive experience training and advising multidisciplinary teams across the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and public‑sector school systems. She is an internationally invited speaker on youth mental health, disruptive student behavior, and suicide prevention, and is the co‑author of Advancing Suicide Safer Schools in Texas. Her research on disruptive behavior in general education settings has been widely published and informs her evidence‑based approach to school safety.
She has served as a Child & Youth Mental Health Subject Matter Expert Instructor for the Texas School Safety Center, training educators, administrators, and law enforcement across all 20 Texas ESC regions. Her leadership roles include Senior Program Manager, Counseling and Advocacy Program Supervisor of a Fleet & Family Support Center (U.S. Navy), Director of Behavioral Health Programs (U.S. Marine Corps), and Senior High‑Risk Counseling Psychologist (U.S. Army).
Dr. Robles is known for her ability to translate complex behavioral health concepts into practical, actionable strategies that strengthen campus safety, improve threat assessment fidelity, and support the wellbeing of students and staff.
