Dr. Gia Suggs specializes in delivering business consulting services that improve human performance and organization outcomes. Her work as an organization performance thought partner with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government entities results in dramatic improvements in business outcomes.
Dr. Gia has a proven track record of working effectively with academic institutions. She designs, develops, and delivers high-impact adult learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate programs in person and virtually, both synchronous and asynchronous.

She is a distinguished adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University and adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
